2) Required information (complete notices process faster)

• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is generally accepted).

3) What happens after we receive a notice

• We review the request for completeness and validity.
• If valid, we may remove or disable access to the reported URLs (or de-index them).
• We may forward the notice (or parts of it) to the relevant third-party provider for their review.

4) Counter-notification

If you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should include:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• The URLs that were removed/disabled and the location where the material appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (depending on your location) and will accept service of process.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5) Repeat infringer policy

We may terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
